Banquet Bartender (2436) Part Time

We now have an excellent opportunity for a Part Time/On Call Banquet bartender to join our professional, service driven team! The Banquet bartender will serve beverage items to our guests during private events in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner. You will truly be a key component to a successful business meeting or a once in a life time social event. The Banquet Server ensures the station and table set ups are complete and meet departmental standards prior to service. At the end of each shift, you will clear tables and transport all equipment in the proper manner. In this role, you will work closely with Banquet Set-Up team,assist the banquet servers as needed and collaborate with other departments in the hotel to enhance the guests experience. The ideal candidate must enjoy interacting and conversing with guests as well as working closely within a team. The ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment is critical to this role.
ESSENTIAL: Must be of legal age to serve alchol, have previous banquet server/bartender experience, have current Food Handlers card
Preferable: TIP certified.

Kitchen
Dishwasher (2404) Part Time
The Kitched team is looking for a Part-Time Dishwasher:
Summary: Properly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots. Responsible for maintaining dish room and
dish machine. Assists with cleaning other areas of the kitchen as requested.
Essential Functions:
1. Can operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
2. Uses proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine.
3. Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
4. Removes all garbage.
5. Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of a shift.
6. Keeps dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
7. Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a Lead, Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen
Manager at any time.
Qualifications
Knowledge
1. Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines.
2. Knowledge of basic dish machine operations.
Skills/Aptitudes
I. Comprehensive understanding of the English language.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers.
Working Conditions
1. This position will spend 100% of the time standing.
2. Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
3. The individual must be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds
regularly.
4. Must be able to hear with 100% accuracy with correction.
5. Must be able to see 20/20 vision with correction.

Maintenance
Graveyard Maintenance Engineer (2390) Part Time
Part Time - 2 days: Sunday and Monday 10:00pm-6:00am.
Previous maintenance experience highly recommended. Handles maintenance on property including equipment,machinery, buildings and facilities. HVAC systems,painting and dry wall, lighting and preventive maintenance.

Restaurant
Busser/Expo (2386) Part Time
Responsible for, but not limited to: Clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers as needed, carrying trays with food orders from the kitchen to the guests at their table or in the lounge. Previous experience highly recommended.

Responsible for, but not limited to: Greeting and seating guests, entering guest's information into Open Table reservations system, taking To-Go orders, ringing in orders on Squirrel POS System, cash, room charges and credit card transactions, clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers as needed. Computer, multi-phone, and guest service experience is highly recommended.
