Fees and Policies

Resort Fee

There is a daily resort fee payable per room per night. $25.00 for 2-bedroom villas and $18.00 for suites and 1-bedroom villas. The daily resort fee will be posted to your account in addition to room charges, as well as, local and state taxes. This value added resort fee includes the following amenities:

• High-speed internet access in beach villas, studios, suites and select public areas.
• Use of Fitness Center and Swimming Pool at Seascape Sports Club.
• All housekeeping and bell staff gratuities.
• Transportation throughout the resort.  

Deposit Policy

To confirm reservations, a deposit equal to the cost of one night per room is required. Upon check-in, charges may be authorized to your credit/debit card or you may be asked for additional deposit to guarantee your stay.  

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be refunded if the reservations are cancelled at least three days before arrival. An amount equal to the cost of one night per room is charged for early departures.

Tax information

Resort stays, meals, merchandise items and some services are subject to State and Local Taxes. Tax rates are subject to change without notice.

Credit Card Policy

Seascape Resort accepts the following credit/debit cards:  American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club. When submitting your credit/debit card, for charges and for pre-authorizations, your issuing bank may charge additional fees. Refer to your credit/debit card’s issuing bank for policies and guidelines. Please feel free to let us know if we can help avoid unnecessary bank fees charged to your account. We will not reimburse bank fees charged by your issuing bank.      

Walk-in Policy

Walk-in guest are required to provide to provide a picture ID (state issued driver's license or govt issued identificatiion card), and provide a valide credit card for deposit. A photocopy of the identification cartd and credit card (must have matching signatures) will be kept on file until guest departs, then destroyed iaw credit card handling policy. Walk-in guest are required to pay the full room/tax and resort fee up front (can be cash, travelers checks or credit card), and an amount of $300 will be authorized for any incidentals and additional charges. Walk-in guest after 8:00 pm can only book for one night, and may extend their stay after the first night.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:30 AM 

We are not able to honor requests for early check-in.

Summer Season / High Season

Our Summer Season/High Season runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Guarantee Policy

Generally, we cannot guarantee any room or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Children Policy

Children are always welcome at Seascape Resort.  No additional charge for children staying with their parents.

Pet Policy

Seascape Resort is a “no-pets” resort, therefore pets are not allowed in any of our suites or villas.

Smoking Policy

Seascape Resort is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony of our suites or villas and in other designated areas.

Travel Agent Commission

Generally, reservations at Seascape Resort are commissionable at 10%.
