In an effort to recognize and reward our loyal guest, Seascape Beach Resort is pleased to announce the establishment of our Guest Loyalty Program. 

At Seascape Beach Resort, we truly appreciate each and every time a guest “comes back to stay with us.” In fact, Seascape Beach Resort is proud to have one of the highest percentage of “return guest” in the business. This form of guest loyalty is truly appreciated, and worthy of recognition and reward. Below is a brief description of the Guest Loyalty Program. What is the Seascape Beach Resort Guest Loyalty Program?  

The Seascape Beach Resort Guest Loyalty Program is a loyalty membership program designed to identify our loyal guests based on frequentcy of stays, and establish a system of recognition and reward. 

How can I become a Loyalty member?  

Membership in the Seascape Beach Resort Loyalty Program is based on guest stays over the last 12 months. The four levels of  membership are based on the following criteria:

·     Silver –  Stay four (4) nights in a 12 month period

·     Gold –  Stay eight (8) nights in a 12 month period.

·     Platinum Stay twelve (12) nights in a 12 month period.

·     Diamond Stay fifteen (15) nights in a 12 month period.

How can I upgrade my membership level?  

At any time, loyalty members may contact the Reservations Department who will verify the reservations and upgrade to the appropriate level.  Membership status will automatically be validated by the Reservations Department at the end of each year.  

What benefits do I get for being a “Loyalty member” of Seascape Beach Resort? 

The following list includes the benefits currently offered to loyalty members: 

Extended checkout time: Silver, Gold and Platinum loyalty guest receive a 12:30 PM extended checkout time. Diamond guest receive a 1:00 PM checkout time.

24-hour cancellation privileges: Loyalty guest may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours (72 hours for non-loyalty guest) prior to arrival with no cancellation penalty.

Seascape Resort Gift Shop Discount: Silver loyalty guest receive a 10% discount at the resort gift shop, Gold loyalty guest receive a 15% discount, Platinum and Diamond guest receive a 20% discount.

Points Based “Free Night” Program: Loyalty guest receive one (1) point for each night of their stay beginning January 1, 2006. Points will accumulate for each night of stay. Guests may also accumulate points for any rooms they are paying for, up to 2 rooms per stay. Points may be redeemed at anytime as follows: 15 points = 1 free night in a studio or spa suite; 20 points = 1 free night in a 1-bedroom suite; 25 points = 1 free night in a 1 or 2-bedroom villa. Seascape resort will maintain each loyalty guest points listing. Additional points-based benefits may be added during the course of this program.

Check Cashing Privileges: Gold level loyalty guest receive check cashing privileges at Seascape Resort front desk for up to $100 a day ($50 daily limit for standard guest). Platinum and Diamond loyalty guest would receive check cashing privileges at Seascape Resort front desk for up to $200 a day.

Priority Check-in Privileges: Gold, Platinum and Diamond loyalty guest receive “priority” check-in. While early check-in may not be available, every effort will be made to accommodate our loyalty guests, including expedited housekeeping service. Early check-ins, unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.

Welcome Gift Upon Arrival: All member guests receive a “welcome gift” upon arrival.  The welcome gift (amenity) for Platinum and Diamond guests will be delivered to each suite between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the day of arrival, and may be extended by the loyalty guest to up to 2 additional suites per stay.

VIP Check-In Privileges: Diamond loyalty guest receive VIP check-in privileges which includes porte-cochere expedited check-in or in-suite check-in service. Diamond loyalty guest could enjoy checking in without having to leave their car and enter the lobby. A guest service representative will verify reservation and issue keys to guest (upon receipt of signed registration card and credit card authorization) in the porte-cochere, or escort guest to their suite, assist with bag handling and issue keys in the convenience of their suite. This VIP service is based on suite availability prior to 4:00 PM standard check-in time.

Turndown Service Upon request: loyalty guests receive turndown service each night during their stay. This service is offered exclusively to our loyalty guests. Service must be requested through the housekeeping department and is available each night for each room booked in the name of the loyalty guest.

Complimentary use of Seascape Bicycles:  loyalty guests may use our Seascape Bicycles for a day at no charge.  Up to four bikes per reservation.

Free phone calls within the United States:  Diamond and Platinum members can take advantage of free phone calls to numbers within the United States.  Calls up to one hour of accumulated time.

Complimentary Newspaper Service: Diamond loyalty guest receive complimentary newspaper service which now includes local newspapers. Guest will receive one complimentary newspaper per morning of stay, up to 2 rooms booked by loyalty guest. Guest must make prior notification to the guest service/front desk staff as to which newspaper is desired if requested newspaper is other than the USA Today, currently delivered to each suite Monday thru Friday. 

Complimentary bottle of wine: Diamond loyalty guest would receive a complimentary bottle of wine (selected by the Food and Beverage Director) with dinner reservations booked through Sanderlings restaurant.

How will I be identified as a loyalty guest?

A letter will be sent to each guest identified as a loyalty guest, along with our current recognition and rewards list. Each guest will be assigned a “loyalty number” to quickly identify and confirm their loyalty status. Each loyalty guest will also receive a personalized card, which includes their name(s), their loyalty level of membership, and their member number. The guest will be encouraged to use this number when booking all future reservations.  Please mention your membership when making reservations.

Seascape Beach Resort reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Guest loyalty Program at any time, or terminate membership of any guest for conduct inconsistent with Seascape Beach Resort guidelines. This program does not apply to group reservations.
