Hotel Policies Frequently Asked Questions

What On-Property Services are available?

Beach fires and s'mores packages are available by reservation through the Front Desk. In-Suite spa services are limited, please call the front desk to reserve prior to your arrival. Room Service is available, please call Sanderlings to place your order. 831-662-7120

Are the Beaches Open?


Yes, Santa Cruz County Beaches are now open. All Social Distancing and other safety regulations issued through the state of California remain in effect.

Are the Pools Open?


Pools are open daily from 9:00am-10:00pm.

Will you have cart service and daily housekeeping?


Cart Service is available throughout the property. For the health and safety of our guests and employees daily housekeeping is temporarily suspended. We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Due to State guidance, for the safety of our staff and guests, we are not able to perform housekeeping stayover services during your stay. If you require additional amenities from the resort during your stay, those can be delivered to you guest room upon request.

Cancellation 


You must cancel by 4:00 pm three days prior to arrival. If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date or wish to cancel with fewer than 72 hours notice, we will access a penalty equal to your first night's room rate plus tax.

Advance Deposit


All reservations require an advance deposit equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax. This policy is subject to change for special event dates and special offers.

Resort Fee


Seascape Beach Resort charges a resort fee. This resort fee is not in itself a tax. Resort fee amenities include newspaper, internet, golf cart transportation resort-wide, sports club, tennis courts, 3 pools and hot tubs, parking, luxury pool towels, luggage assistance, complimentary activities, room service, 24-hour business center.

Smoking


Seascape Beach Resort is a smoke-free property. A smoking fee of $300 per day will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in your room.

Pets


Seascape Beach Resort does not allow pets in Resort guest rooms. The Resort does welcome service animals and will comply with all laws that adhere to the accommodation of service animals under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). A charge of $300 will be assessed if evidence of a pet is found in your room.

Registered Guests


The two bedroom villas at Seascape Resort accommodate a maximum of six guests. All guests occupying the unit throughout the duration of the stay must be registered at the front desk at the time of check-in. For parties over six please contact our reservations team at resdesk@seascaperesort.com

Quiet Time


Out of respect for all of the guests of the resort quiet hours are instituted between 10pm and 8am. Noise levels cannot exceed 80 decibels and only registered guests can occupy the units during these hours.
